Return & Refund

In some cases, and under certain conditions, the Irene Vitali Store provides a return service. The product can be returned in cases where: it does not match the description stated on the site; upon detection of defects, etc.
Only unused, new items in the original packaging will be accepted for return.
Products with torn labels or other defects such as stains, cuts or holes in clothing, etc. will not be accepted.
Goods sent in violation of the rules and deadlines will not be accepted; items supplied as a set must also be returned as a set.
Shipping costs are non-refundable on refunds.
If the product was damaged during the shipping process, unfortunately, we will not be able to refund the money. In this case, submit a claim to the courier company that carried out the delivery.
The term for the return of goods is 10 (ten) days from the date of delivery.
The refund method is the same as the payment method.
Refunds for goods are made within 30 calendar days.

Disputes

The received claim will be considered within 30 calendar days.
If an agreement is not reached voluntarily, the dispute will be referred to the judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
